Return of Application Forms
(No set quota for the kindergarten)

- Online submission - Applicants can submit application form online (parents will receive an instant email confirmation through the system).
- Submit the application form in person, including completed application form, a recent photo of the applicant, the applicant’s birth certificate (original and copy) and two sufficiently stamped self-addressed envelopes.

Application for the "Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission"
Education Bureau (EDB) implemented the Kindergarten Education Scheme (hereafter referred as Scheme) since 2017/2018 school year, EDB will issue a “Registration Certificate for Kindergarten Admission” for every child applying to study in the school under the Scheme. Student only with valid registration documents will be admitted to our school.
Upon receipt of the applications with all necessary information and documents provided, it generally takes six to eight weeks for EDB to complete processing of the applications. Depending on the method of submission of application form (including completing and submitting e-application via EDB’s website, applying through “iAM SMART” mobile app, mailing the application form by post and submitting the application form in person), EDB would issue the RC by different methods to applicants who are eligible for subsidy under the Scheme.
Parents are required to apply for “2026/27 RC” as the document for registration in 2026/2027 school year to EDB between September and November 2025.
The “2026/27 RC” will be open for application in September. EDB will announce the application procedures and result on EDB’s website (https://www.edb.gov.hk/en/edu-system/preprimary-kindergarten/kindergarten-k1-admission-arrangements/front.html) in due course.
Admission Criteria
- Healthy children aged 2 to 6 (as per the child’s birth certificate) are eligible to apply
- Priority placement include:
Application will be arranged on a first-come-first-serve basis.
Families with social needs either referred by Social Welfare Department or registered social worker.
Siblings currently studying at our school.
Children who are presently studying in Tung Wah Group of Hospitals Nursery Schools or day creche.
Interview Arrangements
Interviews will be conducted on 8 November 2025(Sat)Applicant will receive written notice from the school about the date of interview.
Group and/or individual interviews will be arranged
Parents should accompany their child for the interview.
Interview for non-Chinese Speaking (NCS) Children
- Parents and their children may be accompanied by a family member or friend who can speak Cantonese to attend the interview. Parents could contact the school regarding their needs.
- Interpretation and/or translation service will be provided where necessary.
- Relevant application information is bilingual.
Announcement of Admission Result
We will inform parents of the K1 admission results before 12 December 2025 by email (applicable to online application only) or phone and by post.
Registration Arrangement
Successful applicants:
Parents should complete the registration procedures for their child from 8 to 10 January 2026 (“Centralised Registration Dates”) by submitting the “2026/27 e-RC” or screenshot of the QR code on the “2026/27 e-RC” to the school for registration and paying the registration fee to school at the specified date provided by the school. Since each child will be issued only one e-RC/AP, parents must choose only one school for registration.
Applicants on the waiting list:
Parents will be informed of specified date for registration. Parents are required to submit the “2026/27 e-RC” or screenshot of the QR code on the “2026/27 e-RC” to the school for registration and pay the registration fee.
Notes:
If parents cannot submit the “2026/27 RC” at the specified date for registration, the nursery school will not be able to complete the registration process for their child.
The registration fee for 2026/27 K1 place is HK$1,500.00. Once the child is officially enrolled, the school will refund the balance or request parents to make up the difference in tuition fees within the first month of enrollment.
If the parent intends to change school for his/her child after registration with a school, he/she is required to complete the de-registration with the school with which he/she has registered by scanning the QR code on the e-RC/AP. Upon de-registration, the school concerned will no longer reserve the place for the child. Normally, the registration fee paid to the school with which the parent has registered will not be refunded.
