Introduction
Let children understand the customs and origins of the Mid-Autumn Festival through stories, display the foods related to the Mid-Autumn Festival, and ask children to try to use different senses to explore and share their favorite Mid-Autumn Festival foods and experiences during the Mid-Autumn Festival. At the same time, a lantern party was held so that children could bring their own lanterns to experience Mid-Autumn Festival activities in the school.

Flag-raising ceremony to celebrate the
Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Establishment Day

Introduction
To celebrate the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region Establishment Day, our school held a flag-raising ceremony. K3 children practiced hard and acted as flag-raisers in the flag-raising.

Through different activities within the theme and Lunar New Year festival picture book stories, children can learn about traditional Chinese festivals, New Year customs, and celebration activities such as: lion dance, green picking activities, general cleaning, and New Year food.

Introduce the customs of dragon boat racing and eating rice dumplings through the stories telling and video during the Dragon Boat Festival, and learn about the appearance, characteristics and taste of different types of rice dumplings by cooking time. And also children learn to make rice dumplings in a group format, so that they can learn How to make rice dumplings.
